The solutions are workflow based, with each workflow to perform a specific work.  You set up what you need by process, who, when and what to perform, and they control work to comply with your rules.

When exception happen, It auto alerts the responsible person to react and requires him/her to log the reasons and causes, write down notes, attach supportive documents and to resolve. Should it require approval or instruction, the work will be auto forward (if rules are set) or manual which also logs the time and user stamp. Any pending work later than your designated time-out period will be escalated to next level of escalating team to resolve.

The whole processes are transparent, visual with traceability such that you can monitor progresses before surprises.
